Job Title: MANAGER CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS - Express Interest to: dapple@appleassoc.com
Location: Pennsylvania
Salary: $100,000 + 15% Bonus
Will be responsible for management of the customer complaint function for a leading Class I & II medical device firm. Through a staff of ten people including two Supervisors at two locations, will oversee complaint investigagion, root cause/statistical analysis, CAPA, quality engineering, continuous improvement, etc. A BS degree or higher is required along with pharmaceutical or medical device supervisory experience in customer complaints.
