Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Salary: $70000 - $80000
Advanced Development Engineers will interface between various
internal and external Marketing and Customer idea teams.
You will lead the development of Advanced Products using
cutting-edge technology to solve customer and global market-based
challenges. * Work closely with Customer, R&D and Marketing
Teams to develop new products. * Evaluate new technologies
for use in our current and future products. * Have a detailed
understanding of the applicable Agency/Regulatory requirements
for your projects. * Monitor project development schedules,
track milestones and provide reports as needed to the company
teams. * Conduct and document Design Review meetings with
the appropriate teams. * Develop and maintain Design Control
documentation and electronic product file structures, providing
reports as needed to meet GD, ISO and Customer Requirements.
* Establish product testing methods and evaluate product
performance for New Products. * Perform statistical analysis
as needed on New Product designs. * Supervise and/or lead
Product Engineer teams to migrate the new product concepts
into globally manufacturable products. * Provide mentoring
and sharing of ideas, concepts and product knowledge, as
needed to others on the Engineering teams to promote cross-functional
knowledge. * Incorporate Intellectual Property opportunities
as much as possible into marketable products. * Perform
research as needed into new technologies, customer’s
products and competitive products within the markets that
company participates in. * Collaborate with customer R&D
and other Engineering teams as needed.
Requirements:
* Experienced user of Pro-E and AutoDesk software modeling
platforms, FEA and others a plus. * BS Degree in Mechanical
/ Electrical Engineering or 8+ years in Product Design Engineering
or equivalent experience * 5+ years experience in Electro
Mechanical Design Engineering or equivalent experience,
with a very strong preference for Medical industry knowledge.
* Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product
Development experience required. * Statistical analysis
experience preferred. * Above average understanding of GD&T
* Successful management of a multiple major development
projects. * Management experience with other Engineering
functions or Departments - 5 years min. * Willing to travel
up to 15%, with possible international travel.

Salary: $100000 - $110000
Director of Global Sales will develop strategic customer
targets within company's served industrial markets (in conjunction
with input and collaboration from client experience team,
which includes Business Strategy & Development, Marketing,
R&D, etc.) The Director of Global Sales leads all sales
development efforts for his or her staff for penetration
strategy and tactics, and assures his or her team is timely
in pursuit of new customer contacts. In addition, the Director
of Global Sales leads all "shepherding" activities
for his or her staff to protect and grow "share of
customer" for existing clients. Directs “hunting”
resource allocation and budgets to achieve goal of doubling
company sales within the next 3 years along with securing
25% of total sales from international markets. Defines the
"customer selling process" and develops strategies
to shorten sales cycle. Coordinates development of sales
objectives, strategies, promotional programs, etc. to ensure
sales strategy execution. Gathers new product ideas and
evaluates their potential. Provides management with information
used to evaluate national opportunities. Regularly visits
key global or major markets to investigate operations, threats,
opportunities, and local conditions.
Requirements:
1. BS degree or higher or equivalent relevant experience
2. Minimum 10 years progressive marketing/sales experience,
with at least 4 most recent years in medical device arena.
3. Strong organizational and communicational skills
4. International travel 40% required.
