Medical Device Job Title: Production Team Leader
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00
Our client is a division of a $10 Billion Medical Device Products Company
industry leader offering an opportunity for a recent college graduate with
some exposure to manufacturing (ie internship) or an individual with 2 -
3 years manufacturing experience actively pursuing completion of Bachelor's
Degree (at least 2 years completed). This role as Manufacturing Team Lead
is a training role for future Production Supervisory positions and will
direct and coordinate production activities in a team-based environment
assisting the Supervisor with training ensuring process controls are maintained
and performing tasks that impact the production line; assuring equipment
and tools are in good working order; solving quality problems as identified.
Will work with Teams in implementation of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
Position is evening shift 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM 3 days 1 week 4 days the following.

Medical Device Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $52000 - $70000
Our client is the rapidly growing division of a Fortune 200 company, modern
plant in NW Chicago suburbs, manufacturing high volume medical device
products. Will supervise group of 80-100 responsible for production, waste,
quality, safety and housekeeping. Must be able to work 12 hour night shift,
3-4 days a week.
Candidate will have a bachelors degree in a related field, 1-2 years
supervisory expeirence, good communication skills, proven track record
of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
